SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ – Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School (3-9) stopped an 8-game skid with a solid 84-58 win over Warren Hills (3-10) on Thursday, Jan. 23.

Jaden Carter has been shooting well lately, scoring a game-high 22 points with five 3- pointers. Justin Fletcher was aggressive on the glass with 15 points and 12 rebounds, and Justin Grey pumped in 13 pts. to help lead the Raiders to their first victory since Dec. 27, when they defeated South Plainfield.

“The team played very hard and together tonight. We ran the floor well in transition and shot the ball with confidence,” said Coach Steve Siracusa after the game. “Our defense could have been better, specifically in the first half, but we brought more pressure throughout the game which helped us turn them over as the game went on.”
