SUMMIT, NJ -- Will Vitton scored two goals, including a first-period shorthander as Summit iced SPFHS by a final score of 6-1.

The Hilltoppers brough a 2-0 lead in to the final period when Dan Hicks scored twice in less than a minute to make the score 4-0. 

Logan Condon got the Raiders on the board to make it 4-1, but shortly afterward, Thomas Shung scored with 2:47 left to put Summit up 5-1. Vitton scored on a shorthanded empty-netter with nine seconds left in the game to complete his hat trick.

Summit goalie Kyle McLaughlin made 29 saves, as did Tim Mitchell for Scotch Plains-Fanwood.
