Boys Swimming: Pingry Hands Scotch Plains-Fanwood Its 2nd Loss of the Season, 89-81

SCOTCH PLAINS-FANWOOD, NJ -- Riding the wave of three victories by Leighton Mayers. Pingry handed Scotch Plains-Fanwood only its second loss of the season, 89-81 at Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA.

Mayers took the 100 Butterfly and 100 Backstroke, and led off the winning 200 Freestyle Relay.

Chris Bondarowicz won the 200 IM and the 200 Breaststroke for Scotch Plains-Fanwood and swam on the Raiders' victorious 200 Medley Relay and 400 Freestyle Relay teams. Josh Cohen won the 200 and 500 Freestyle and led off the winning 400 Freestyle Relay.
