Boys Swimming: Scotch Plains-Fanwood Defeats Gov. Livingston in Season Finale, 91-78

BERKELEY HTS, NJ -- Scotch Plains-Fanwood won the first nine races of its final meet of the season against Governor Livingston until Chris Rampaul-Pino took the 100 Breaststroke on Thursday, Jan. 26.

Junior Nick Heath was the winner in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Freestyle. Senior Alan Shao won the 200 Freestyle and the 500 Freestyle. Sophomore Josh Cohen won the 200 IM. Chris Bondarowicz won 100 Butterfly, and Christian Blanco took the 100 Backstroke.

GL made a late charge with Rampaul-Pino's win in the 100 Breaststroke and first and second place finishes in the 400 Freestyle Relay, but could not overcome the lead SPF had built. The Raiders won the meet, 91-78.
