Join members of Temple Sholom of Fanwood/Scotch Plains as the Jewish community celebrates Purim, a joyous festival that begins March 7.

On March 7, all are welcome to participate in a kosher-style potluck dinner at 6 pm and Megillah reading at 7 pm. Please register for dinner in advance at www.sholomnj.org. Participants are encouraged to come in costume.

On Sunday, March 11, from 10 am until 12:30 pm, Temple Sholom's youth group, SPANCY (Scotch Plains and Nearby Congregational Youth), will hold a free family-friendly carnival with all-new, no-tickets-required games designed to tell the story of Purim. Enter raffles and watch a Purim play. Lunch and hamentaschen for sale. Suggested donation is $18 per family. Come in costume for extra fun!
