We have come to the end of a hot summer and now welcome the cool air, a new school year, and sense of renewed purpose. Autumn is certainly a time for change, and many people take time to make significant improvements in their well-being, even before the New Year.

As the weather gradually changes, so can you. Taking the first step can be difficult, but it is on a path toward a healthy lifestyle.

With so many types of yoga being offered, getting started can be intimidating. Our classes are relaxing and we welcome all experience levels at Sacred Karma Yoga. We are now offering two 6:30 a.m. sessions including an equinox Yoga Nidra class and an aromatherapy essential oil workshop. Yoga Nidra is a technique for unleashing the power of your deep unconscious and achieving ultimate relaxation.

As the holiday season rests upon the horizon, stressful work days and shopping lists become imminent. Running errands day in and day out leave us with a stirred brain, resulting in little time to focus on our well-being. Our six week 2-hour Mindful Heart Living practices serve as a great opportunity to alleviate existing tension and prevent stress in the future.

At SKY Yoga, everyone is welcome to begin exploring the scientifically proven practice of yoga, with drop-in classes for beginners always available. As you allow the mind and body connection to grow with each class, a comfortable and energetic change will take place, just as the seasons do.
