SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ – Football campers at New York Jets WR Eric Decker’s annual Pro Camp received more than 400 lunch boxes with tasty meals last weekend courtesy of Chick-fil-A’s Union restaurant.
Each lunch package included:
- Their famous chicken sandwich
- A bag of waffle cut potato chips
- A chocolate chip cookie
- And a voucher good for a free future kids’ meal
“We are proud to partner with the Eric Decker Football ProCamp and support its efforts in the community,” said Jim Strole, Franchise Owner of the Chick-fil-A on Route 22 in Union Township. “This was our first year as a partner, providing meals for campers, staff, volunteers and vendors. The ProCamp is doing great work to grow young people and teach important lessons through sport, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.”
Campers washed down their meals with refreshing Body Armor sports drinks, who sponsored last year’s event as well.
Other partners of the event included Citi®, Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Welch’s Fruit Snacks and Everlast. TAP into Scotch Plains-Fanwood was the official media partner for the event.
