CKO Holds Grand Opening for Fanwood Location

FANWOOD, NJ – CKO Kickboxing will hold a Grand Opening celebration for its location on 25 South Avenue, unit 1 in Fanwood on Saturday July 13th. The Grand Opening is open to the public and to members of CKO Kickboxing.

The festivities will include kickboxing classes from 9:00AM-2:00PM, free chair massages from massage therapist Elizabeth Shults, healthy smoothies and snack advice from Fanwood health coach and nutritionist Sharon Goldner, prize raffles, and more.

CKO Kickboxing is a gym that specializes in kickboxing. Fitness kickboxing is said to be the #1 form of fat burning as over 1,200 calories are burned over a one hour class. Classes are offered for beginners and advanced members and real punching bags are used to help people burn calories.

"Customers are going to get a good work out" stated Samantha Erlichman, the manager and head trainer at CKO Kickboxing. "Even if they don't work out, they will be able to meet new people, speak to a nutritionist to talk about eating habits, and much more.".

CKO Kickboxing was originally formed as "Take it to the Max" by Joseph Andruela in November of 1997. It has over 40 locations throughout New York and Jew Jersey and has many devoted followers. It has also been recognized in various health magazines and shows like NBC's The Today Show.
