College Club Welcomes Yoga Instrutor Ann DeFalco,


FANWOOD, NJ -- The College Club of Fanwood-Scotch Plains welcomes Scotch Plains-Fanwood YMCA (FSPY) yoga instructorr Ann DeFalco on Monday, Feb. 20, at Fanwood Presbyterian Church (74 South Martine Avenue). She will take the audience through a short series of poses to demonstrate some of the directions of movement in a yoga flow. 

A favorite at the local Y, DeFalco is a 200 hour certified Yoga Alliance teacher through Satsang with continuing education in restorative yoga. In addition to being a group exercise and fitness instructor for the past 7 years at FSPY, she is also a Wits-certified personal trainer. 

This program is free and open to the public and learn how yoga can relax, restore and rejuvenate. The event starts promptly at 7:30 p.m., bring a mat if you have one.
