Darby Road to Host 6th Annual St. Patrick's Day Festival March 16-18

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Darby Road Public House (450 Park Ave., Scotch Plains) has announced the dates and times of its hugely popular St. Patrick’s Day Festival, which will take place in the municipal parking lot.

The festival, which happens under a larger tent this year, features Irish bands, Irish step dancers, bagpipers, great Irish fare and enough Guinness to go around. The event also will have a bounce house, face -painting, and pony rides for the kids.

The festival tent opens at 6:00 pm on Friday, March 16 and closes at 1:00 a.m. On Saturday, March 17 (St. Patrick's Day), it will open at 12:00 Noon and close at 1:00 a.m. The tent opens at 12:00 Noon and closes 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 18. (The restaurant itself opens Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday at 11:00 a.m.)
