SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- Classes resumed on Tuesday with a 90-minute delayed opening for students in the Scotch Plains-Fanwood school district.

Roads around most of the schools showed black top, with the exception of Kevin Road, which leads to Coles School, although the drop-off area was shoveled so that children could be dropped off.
