ELIZABETH, NJ - The Industry-Business Institute (IBI) at Union County College  offers any size business or non-profit organization the opportunity to use grant funding to provide training in basic skills and/or management workshops for current employee. Organizations must have a group of 15 or more for an on-site class, provide FEIN number, and agree that those registered will attend and class size requirements will be met (to avoid penalty). Online registration is simple, scheduling is flexible, and only employers with more than 250 employees must pay their workers while they are attending class.
