Faith Fun Day for Kids on Sept. 3 at Willow Grove Church

          Looking for an afternoon of fun activities for your children before school starts?  Want to encourage their awareness of God's love for them?  Then come to the Faith Fun Day at Willow Grove Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 2:00 pm.  This is event is open to the public for children preschool (age 3) through 4th grade.  Adults and youth from Willow Grove Church will lead a variety of activities for children in various age groups, including drama, crafts, games, cooking and music.  Rev. Cynthia Cochran-Carney, pastor of Willow Grove Church, and other leaders will be storytellers, engaging children in Bible story about the good Samaritan. 

          Following the afternoon of activities from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, families may come to enjoy a short program featuring some of the songs, skits and crafts from the day.  Then all are invited to stay for a family style dinner at 5:30 pm.

          Cost for the Faith Fun Day is $5 per child.  Monetary donations for the dinner are gratefully accepted.  Contact the church office to sign up 908-232-5678 or  Sunday, September 8, is the Fall Welcome Sunday with worship service at 10:00 am, classes for all ages, nursery care, and a BBQ following worship.
