FANWOOD, NJ -- Who let the dogs out at Fanny Wood Day?  

Pet owners from the area entered their furry friends in the "Best Dressed Dog" contest sponsored by K9 Resorts. There were prancing pups, caped crusaders, and patriotic pooches.  

Jason Parker, co-founder of the local "hotel for dogs" franchise and the youngest franchisor in American business history, helped with the judging.
