FANWOOD, NJ -- Fanwood police have arrested a suspect in the case of a bicycle robbery that occurred on Friday, July 20. A teenage victim reported that he was physically forced off his bicycle at about 9:30 p.m. in the area of the Forest Road and Pleasant Ave. 

Officers Elliott Bernarrd and Daniel Kranz, the investigative officers, were able to secure a warrant for the defendant, Tyler A. Pace, 24, who was arrested and charged with the crime. He has a court date of August 17 in Union County Court, according to Fanwood Police Chief Richard Trigo. 

These criminal charges are mere accusations. Each defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
