Fanwood Rec's Fall After-School Program Registration Now Open


FANWOOD, NJ -- Fanwood Recreation’s fall lineup of after-school programs offers a fun, exciting mix of the old and the new. Coming back are the longtime favorites LEGO Club, Junior Scientists Workshop, and Fall Into Tennis (tennis lessons).

New additions to the schedule include:

  • Intro to Robotics & Technology
  • Advanced Robotics Using EV3
  • Creative Art Lab
  • Microsoft Office Suite for Kids
  • Kodu Video Game Programming
  • Pokemon Club

For young athletes, US Sports Institute will offer Total Sports Squirts, Soccer Squirts and T-Ball Squirts. Also, in partnership with the SKY Yoga studio on South Avenue in Fanwood, residents can sign up for Kids Soar Yoga, Teen Girls Rock Yoga, and Mommy & Me Yoga.

Together with Be Craftful on Martine Ave., Fanwood Recreation is offering:

  • Toddler Playtime and Exploration
  • Storytime Crafts
  • Design Your Own Storybook
  • The Making of a Fairy Princess
  • 3- Dimensional Art programs
