Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA to Host Healthy Kids Day® on April 25


SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ – On Sat., April 25, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA (1340 Martine Ave. in Scotch Plains) is hosting its "Healthy Kids Day," a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active.

Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA’s "Healthy Kids Day" is the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families and features activities to motivate and teach families how to develop a healthy routine at home. 

Activities include: Family Boot Camp; Food Fear Factor Challenge and Tastings; Giant Inflatables; Dance Party; Gardening; Open Swim; Family Games; Dance, Gymnastics and Cheerleading Exhibitions; Obstacle Course; Arts and Crafts and more.
