UNION, NJ - The Galloping Hill Inn, known for its famous hot dog stand, is temporarily out of business after a fire in the duct work on Wednesday afternoon.  The Inn, located at 325 Chesnut Street in Union, is heavily damaged and closed for now, but expected to reopen in a few days.

Firemen from Union had to drill holes in the roof to extinguish the blaze.  The fire is now out.

Galloping Hill is frequently listed among the places that serve the "Best Hot Dogs in NJ." and has exceptional reviews on Yelp
