FANWOOD, NJ – Fanwood will ring in the season with winter favorites set to traditional jazz when the Florian Schantz Jazz Combo presents a program of holiday music at the Fanwood Library on Sunday, Nov. 24, at 2:00 p.m.

The group’s band leader is Union County-based, 17-year-old professional trumpet player Florian Schantz, who formed the band when he was 9 years old. Florian has performed over 450 engagements across NJ, NY, CT, PA, and Germany.

Also appearing with the group are Rup Chattopadhyay on trombone and tuba, Margaret Schantz on flügelhorn, Cory Ackerman on drums and Lowell Schantz on guitar.
