"It’s clear by the low sold prices that the four, single family homes in all three towns, needed TLC and were sold in “as-is” condition," said Jeni DiVirgilio. “The two, multi-level townhouses (on Village Park & Donato) in Scotch Plains sold for over $100,000 to nearly double the single-level coop/condo (on Sandra) in Westfield."

"The balance of the the higher priced homes that sold in Scotch Plains and Westfield took about a month to go under contract, which is a great indicator of how quickly homes could go in today’s market,” DiVirgilio added.
