Resolutions read by Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr and Scotch Plains Deputy Mayor Colleen Gialanella noted that March 12, 2015, was the 103rd anniversary of Girl Scouts of the USA, where girls discover, connect and take action to make their local communities and the world a better place.

The Fanwood proclamation was accepted by Girl Scouts from Cadette troop 40274 and Junior troop 40220.
