Girls Basketball: McNulty and DiDario lead Union Catholic to victory in season opener

HILLSIDE, NJ -- Freshman Erin McNulty made a sensational debut for Union Catholic by scoring 17 points and senior Izzy DiDario scored 11 when the Vikings rolled to a 62-24 victory in its season opener on Saturday in Hillside.

Union Catholic jumped out to a 21-3 lead after the first quarter and extended the lead to 41-8 at the half.  

The Vikings also received seven points from freshman Gianna Peralta, and six points from Gabrielle Welle.
