SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- With several key players on the sideline with injuries, the Raiders were undermanned against Summit, which had a noticeable size advantage, especially Olivia Lawlor, who dominated the game with 19 points, 17 rebounds, and six blocked shots. Sarah Maldonado also had a big game with 12 points and 6 rebounds as Hilltoppers defeated host Scotch Plains-Fanwood by a score of 51-27.

Summit (9-6) jumped out to a 12-3 lead in the first quarter and never looked back, while holding Scotch Plains-Fanwood to single digits in scoring in all four quarters of the game. 

Jess DiVizio, Emily Friscia, and Catherine Wilson each had seven points for the Raiders, who dropped to 5-8 on the season.
