SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- The Lady Raiders just keep rolling as they put another tally in their win column by beating Oak Knoll, 3-1, on Senior Night.

The Raiders (6-0) did not waste time taking control of the game. Just eight minutes into the first half, Giorgiana Vacca scored off a feed from Faith Price to put their team up 1-0. Scotch Plains-Fanwood maintained possession for most of the first half and with 16:53 left in the period, Lily Camacho scored off of a corner to increase the lead to 2-0.

Oak Knoll started off the second half strong and just three minutes in, they scored with a goal to the upper left-hand corner to cut the Raiders lead by one. Scotch Plains-Fanwood was able to regain possession and with 15 minutes left, Corinne Lyght made a run up the right side and crossed the ball into the box and Faith Price was able to tap the ball into the back of the net to give the Raiders a 3-1 lead. With five saves by senior goalie Ava Hausle, the Raiders were able to secure a 3-1 victory.
