SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- Kerri McNeely and Sophie Brause scored first-half goals to give the Raiders girls soccer team a 2-1 victory over Cranford at Wexler Field at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School. 

Cranford's loan goal by Ana Dzunova came during a second half marked by physical play.

Andrea Leitner made six saves, including a couple of spectacular plays late in the game, for the Raiders. Cranford's Cam Hay had seven saves.

Scotch Plains-Fanwood travels to Gov. Livingston, while Cranford plays at Summit on Thursday, Sept. 15 at 4 p.m.
