SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family of Scotch Plains resident Stephen Crosby, who died on September 17.

Stephen leaves behind many loved ones, including his wife, Tracy, three beautiful daughters and a handsome young son. All those who knew Stephen knew how devoted he was to his family and how proud he was of them. He would do anything for them, and they absolutely adored him.  Stephen was always laughing, playing, teaching and nurturing his admiring kids.  On top of being the amazing husband and father that he was, he was also a very hard worker who helped to provide a wonderful life for his family.

The GoFundMe page, set up by Renee Payette Pecarific, described Crosby as "an incredible person and loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend. He touched so many people's lives throughout his 40 years and anyone who met him was immediately connected to his outgoing and energetic personality. He was warm and compassionate and will forever be missed."

In less than one day, the page has raised more than $7,000 of its $10,000 goal. To make a donation, click here.
