SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Mayor Al Smith and the Scotch Plains Township Council recognized the accomplishments of Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School boys and girls swim teams, the bowling team, wrestler Sam Wustefeld, and shotputter Izu Mozie at the Council meeting on Tuesday, March 21.
