Holy Trinity School 6th and 7th Graders Participate in Leadership Conferences

Recently, several Holy Trinity School students had the opportunity to participate in leadership conferences being hosted by Union Catholic High School, St. Peter’s Preparatory School, and St. Dominic Academy.

Sophie Vastine, Cyril Maliakal, Grace O'Neill, and Jason Bober attended "The Peacemakers in Progress" conference at Union Catholic High School on April 4. The conference focused on developing peaceful communication and conflict resolution strategies.  Sophie Vastine described the day as "an eye-opener". The students were joined by seventh graders from other schools; all participated in team building activities.

Gianluca Carnevale, Andy Troczynski, Kelly Troczynski, Tommy Lezynski, Kevin Cull, Madeleine Ahlbeck, Giulia Pattie, and Angelika Demetrick attended "Leading Self, Leading Others" at St. Peter's Prep. and St. Dominic Academy on April 5.  This conference was an opportunity for sixth and seventh graders to focus on developing their own personal leadership skills.

Both conferences offered Holy Trinity School sixth and seventh graders to grow as individuals and hone important leadership skills.  Holy Trinity School is grateful to these high schools for offering an opportunity to provide adolescents the tools they need to serve as positive role models in their communities and schools.
