WESTFIELD, NJ -- The Holy Trinity Blue & Gold Foundation honored Holy Trinity School alumni graduating high school this June (Holy Trinity School Class of 2013), the current graduating 8th grade class, and HTS faculty and staff who reached milestone years during its annual “Spring Fling” event on May 25.

This graduating class of 2017 high school seniors was the first in recent memory to have three students achieve top honors from their respective high schools. Two students were named valedictorian and one named salutatorian.

Jacqueline McNulla, of Plainfield, is this year’s valedictorian at Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung. This is the second consecutive year a student from Holy Trinity was named valedictorian at the Mount. Jackie also received a commission to attend the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

Sophia DiIorio, of Scotch Plains, is this year’s valedictorian at Union County’s Academy for Allied Health Sciences in Scotch Plains. She will be going to Columbia University in New York in the fall.

Hannah Toner, of Westfield, was named salutatorian of Union Catholic High School. Hannah will be attending the University of Notre Dame in South Bend.
