SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- The remnants of Hurricane Harvey cut short the festivities at the St. Bart's Italian Festival on Saturday night as heavy rains rolled into Scotch Plains-Fanwood shortly after the annual procession honoring San Nicola di Bari and St. Bartholomew.

Weather.com expects rain to continue through the early part of Sunday with clearing in the afternoon, hopefully before the scheduled 4:30 p.m. start time for the third day of the festival.

Schedule for Sunday, Sept. 3 (4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
Stop by and listen to the Rock sounds of The Broadcasters (Showtime: 7 p.m.)
