'Jersey Sound' Performance Concludes Scotch Plains Summer Concert Series

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ – The Scotch Plains Cultural Arts Summer Concert Series concluded Thursday night with a live performance from Jersey Sound, one of the tri-state area’s premier oldies bands. The group attracted a large crowd on the Village Green at Alan Augustine Park in seasonable, pleasant weather for a summer concert.

Jersey Sound performed a variety of favorites, including genres that ranged from classic oldies to R&B and pop songs. Their performance was preceded by a kids' sct.

This year’s summer concert series was made possible by the Scotch Plains Cultural Arts Committee.

EDISON, NJ -- The final round of Chopped, the W+H Edition, was staged in front of the entire Wardlaw+Hartridge Upper School on May 22.
