Tom Bruckman made four saves in net as Scotch Plains-Fanwood improved to 5-1 on the season.

"I'm very happy with our team's execution today. We knew Voorhees was going to play zone and try to slow down the game," said head coach Nick Miceli. "We were very patient and we waited for good shots. Our defense made stops, and we were able to get some fast break goals."

The Raiders will be back in action on Tuesday, April 17, when they host Bernards.

To those of us in Jewish education, it is a continuing source of disappointment that so many Jews still believe the kosher laws to be outdated.
