SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD/WESTFIELD, NJ - The Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce, (GWACC) which serves the communities of Fanwood, Scotch Plains, Mountainside, Garwood and Westfield, is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather L. Robinson as their new Executive Director.

“The Chamber extends thanks to our former Director, Neil Pinkman, who resigned in June, for all of his accomplishments in the past three years,” said GWACC Board Chairman Mitch Beinhaker.  “We are excited to have Heather aboard, and she brings a level of enthusiasm and creativity that will help us to continue the work begun by Neil and quickly move us to the next level.”

Robinson, a graduate of The University of Florida, comes to the Chamber with extensive business, sales and management experience, and has been a resident of Westfield since relocating her family from Florida 5 years ago.  She and her husband are the proud parents of 3 children, all of whom attend school in town.  While acting as a "stay at home" Mom, she has maintained community involvement in the public school system, along with other civic and nonprofit organizations.
