Over a Thousand Eggs at Fanwood’s Easter Egg Hunt

FANWOOD, NJ – The annual Fanwood Easter Egg Hunt started at 11:00 Saturday morning at Forest Road Park. Many of the eggs held prize tickets. The Easter Bunny was there, smiling and waiving. Many children brought their drawings of the Easter Bunny to enter into a drawing contest. Other contests included: guess the number of chocolate eggs, guess the number of jellybeans in a jar, and an egg decorating contest. There were lots of prizes.

Bob Budiansky, Fanwood Director of Recreation, was present to call the start of the egg hunt and all the children excitedly gathered the colored eggs and candy. The annual event is sponsored by Fanwood Recreation Commission: www.fanwoodrecreation.org.
