KENILWORTH, NJ -- In observance of Memorial Day, Scouts and Adult Leaders from Scotch Plains-Fanwood BSA Troop 104 joined dozens of other area volunteers to place over 300 American flags at the headstones of veterans at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.

“This was a great opportunity for our Troop to honor veterans on this weekend when we commemorate those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation,” said Peter Reilly, senior patrol leader of Troop 104. “It was also a great way for our scouts to get together, at a safe distance, during this difficult time.”

Troop 104, Chartered by All Saints' Episcopal Church, holds regular meetings on Monday evenings whenever school is in session. Visit http://t104.us for more information.
