Power eating is a strategy that involves choosing the best foods for your body.  The presentation will teach people how to plan meals that will help them lose weight, increase energy, and build muscle, discover snack foods that taste good but carry no guilt, and know what to look for on package labels to choose the most nutritious products.

Additionally, people will also get some new ideas for taking food on-the-go and sample some nutritious food that will energize and satisfy them.
