FANWOOD, NJ – CKO Kickboxing will hold a Power Eating discussion and visual presentation hosted by Sharon Goldner on Saturday September 7th from 1:00PM-2:15PM at 25 South Ave in Fanwood. The discussion will be open to the public and is free.

Power eating is a strategy that involves choosing the best foods for your body.  The presentation will teach people how to plan meals that will help them lose weight, increase energy, and build muscle, discover snack foods that taste good but carry no guilt, and know what to look for on package labels to choose the most nutritious products.

Additionally, people will also get some new ideas for taking food on-the-go and sample some nutritious food that will energize and satisfy them.

Sharon Goldner, who will lead the presentation, is a Certified Health Coach and Chef from Recipe for a Healthy Life in Fanwood. She is known to educate and inspire her clients to take control of their health and reach their goals. She also has a strong relationship with CKO Kickboxing.

"People will get some easy simple ideas to implement into their diet and routine" said Goldner. "It's not that complicated and people will know how they can change their lifestyles".
