Prepare to Work in Real Estate Sales at Union County College

CRANFORD – Union County College is offering a course to prepare individuals to take the New Jersey sales/licensing exam to become a licensed real estate agent in the state.

This 75-hour course meets the Real Estate Commission requirements for the N.J. Sales Licensing Exam. Topics include property interests, mortgages, deeds, title closing, liens, real estate law and ethics, agency relationships, and real estate calculations. The class will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from Jan. 30 to April 26. It will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the College’s Scotch Plains campus (1700 Raritan Road). The cost of the course, with the textbook, is $495.
