SCOTCH PLAINS — The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Public School District will accept preschool applications for the 2017-18 school year beginning Wednesday, Feb. 15. The Preschool Program uses the Creative Curriculum, which fosters children’s learning through exploration and discovery.
