Presentation at Library for Parents of Special Needs Children

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ – Autism Family Times with Brianna Inc. and The Alliance for Independence are co-sponsoring a special information session at the Scotch Plains Public Library on Thursday, January 3 at 7 pm entitled “Help Your Children Transition into Adulthood.”

This is an information session for parents with Special Needs children outlining how to begin creating independent living skills such as budgeting, using public transportation and preparing for a driving test.

The  Guest Speaker will be Mr. Luke Koppisch from The Alliance Center for Independence.  They have a continued commitment to ensure that people with disabilities are given opportunities for an independent life.  More information can be found at http://www.adacil.org/
