SCOTCH PLAINS-FANWOOD, NJ -- Resolve Community Counseling Center, which serves Scotch Plains/Fanwood and surrounding communities, will host a fund raising event at the Netherwood Bar & Grill located 1370 South Ave. in Plainfield on Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, from 5:00 - 8:30 p.m.  Resolve will receive 10% of the total tab from The Netherwood.

Founded in 1974, Resolve is a private, nonprofit mental health agency in  dedicated to providing quality and affordable counseling, advocacy and educational programs for children, adolescents and adults, individually and in groups. The organization offers psychotherapy and counseling by psychologists, social workers, and mental health counselors for the people of Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Plainfield, and surrounding areas in Union County.
 
Resolve's accredited staff works with group programs, school intervention programs, employee assistance programs, family agency consortium, as well as individual and family counseling. The organization helps people with issues ranging from substance abuse to depression, suicide, family problems, behavioral problems, eating disorders, panic attacks, and sexual abuse.
