SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- The Scotch Plains Farmers Market was open for business on July Fourth, as it is every Saturday from mid-May through mid-November. 

Social distancing measures are in place, and shoppers can find locally grown organic produce, fresh-made soups, fresh-brewed coffee, empanadas, pickles, baked goods, and more.
