The Township Bond Counsel will be Rogut McCarthy LLC, of 37 Alden Avenue, Cranford, NJ 07016.  The Risk Management firm will be North American Insurance Management Corp., (NAIMC) 1460 Route 9 North, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.

The Township attorney will be Decotiis, Fitzpatrick & Cole LLP, Glenpointe Center West, 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd, Suite 31, Teaneck, NJ 07666.

These selections were made after two special closed door Council Meetings were held to conduct interviews for all positions.

Councilman Bo Vastine was the one vote against these appointments, as he felt it was important to have continuity rather than making all new appointments.

The only outstanding position at the moment is the liaison to the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders.  Anyone interested in that position should forward their interest to the Office of the Mayor at City Hall.
