12/2                      A resident of Raritan rd. reported being a victim of Criminal Mischief.  She stated that sometime during the day an unknown suspect(s) removed a lug nut from one of the tires on her vehicle.

12/5                      The Scotch Plains Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on East second St and upon arrival it was determined to be a stolen vehicle.  The vehicle was reported stolen out of Plainfield last week.   

 12/5                     The manager of a Route 22 gas station reported being a victim of Theft.  He stated that unknown suspect purchased $42 in gas and left without paying.

12/6                      A resident of Duncan Lane reported being a victim of Fraud.  He stated that unknown suspect(s) cashed a fraudulent check from his account in the amount of approximately $14,000.

12/6                      Marcellous Osborne Age. 21 of Lincoln St. Linden N.J. was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.  Off. Luciano stopped Osborne for a motor vehicle violation on Raritan Rd. and while speaking with him he observed the Marijuana.  Osborne was arrested and transported to H.Q where he was processed and released.

12/6                      Pranavkum Patel Age. 45 of Kaczamer St. Edison N.J. was arrested for a $150 outstanding warrant issued by the Scotch Plains court.  Off. Mahoney stopped Patel for a motor vehicle violation on Terrill Rd and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

12/7                      Anthony Gilliam Age. 47 of Prospect Ave. Scotch Plains N.J. was arrested for an $863 outstanding warrant issued by the Elizabeth court.  Off. Richie stopped Gilliam for a motor vehicle violation on Front St. and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

12/8                      A resident of Victor St. reported being a victim of Fraud.  He stated that unknown suspect(s) made approximately $300 in purchases on his credit card without his authorization.
