REVISED SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

        PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Scotch Plains has scheduled a Special Meeting for Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 4:00 o’clock PM.  The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss matters of personnel, and litigation

(T-Mobile Northeast v. Twp of Scotch Plains Zoning Board) in closed session, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(8).  Formal action may be taken following the conclusion of closed session.   

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the Township Municipal Building, 430 Park Avenue, Scotch Plains, New Jersey. The Township of Scotch Plains does not discriminate against persons with disabilities.  Those individuals requiring auxiliary aids and services must notify the ADA Coordinator of the Township of Scotch Plains as soon as possible in advance of the meeting.
