FANWOOD, NJ -- Sheelen's Fish Market (383 South Ave., Fanwood) celebrated its official opening on Saturday, April 21, by hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr and members of the Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce (GWACC).

"We're not a fish & chips place. The key thing is that we are a fish market with seafood brought in daily from the world famous Hunts Point Fish Market," said owner Sean Flannery, who also owns Sheelen's Crossing.

Sheelen's Fish Market also offers prepared items, such as tuna poke bowls, fried calamari, and seared fish tacos.
