Space Still Available for Summer Youth Programs at Union County College

CRANFORD, NJ -- Registration is still available for late starting summer youth programs through the Office of Continuing Education. Classes are taught by NJ-certified teachers and subject matter experts that specialize in delivering high-quality youth programs for students ages 11-18.  Classes run through August 17, and many courses are still available for enrollment.  

Educational classes offered include Acting, Algebra Review, Better Thinker-Better Writer-Better Grades, Middle School Math Review and Design Your Own Comic Book. The College is also partnering again with Black Rocket and Super Science to offer classes such as Code Breakers, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Game Labs, Make Your First 3D Video Game, Minecraft Animators, Minecraft Modders, and STEM Challenges.  Most classes are available for students ages 11-13 and 14 and above.

In addition, the second session of SAT Test Preparation will be offered from July 24 through August 17. The SAT classes run Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. The cost of the courses vary, and all classes will be held at the College’s Cranford campus, located at 1033 Springfield Avenue.
