SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ - Cranford pulled away with two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to secure a 34-14 football victory over Scotch Plains-Fanwood on Homecoming Saturday afternoon at Tyson Field.

The Raiders trailed, 20-14, entering the final quarter, but some missed opportunities and inability to capitalize on favorable field position in the third quarter cost them.

In the first quarter, SPF (2-4) struck first when Kobe White scored on a 40-yard run and Andrew Ciccarino kicked the point after to give the Raiders a 7-0 lead. Cranford scored two touchdowns later in the period to take a 13-7 lead and extended that to 20-7 on Luke Christiano's third TD run of the game in the second quarter.
