SPF Newcomers and Neighbors Annual Fall Meet & Greet on Oct. 26

SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Newcomers and Neighbors group  invites you to their annual Fall Meet & Greet on Thursday, Oct. 26th from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Darby Road (450 Park Ave., Scotch Plains).

Join this growing organization for a ladies’ night of fun, food and more! SPF Newcomers and Neighbors offers a wide variety of activities for women, men, children and families. Whether you are looking for a playgroup, book club, a night out or community service, we have something for everyone!

This free event is open to all current, new and prospective members, so bring your friends and neighbors. The club will provide appetizers, and there will be a cash bar.

Remember, you don’t have to be new in town to join. The group will collect donations for the Food Bank of Puerto Rico at this event.

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ --  The township nurse will be available at the Scotch Plains Public Library for blood pressure checks on Tuesday, May 8, from 10:00 a.m. until noon. No registration is required.

The Scotch Plains Library is located at 1927 Bartle Ave., one block from Park Ave. in the center of town.
