  • Braised Lamb Shank
  • Bangers and Mash
  • Corned Beef & Cabbage

Chef Lawrence uses the finest quality products and is passionate about each dish he creates. His subtle spins elevate traditional dishes. For example, he substitutes a 12-hour braised short rib for ground beef in the Shepherds Pie or sousvide brisket creating a tender, lean corned beef. Homemade sausage and silky mashed potatoes take place of ordinary bland pub style bangers and mash.
