SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- As the weather begins to cool, Tea Love blogger and founder Catherine Felegi returns to the Scotch Plains Public Library on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 1:30 p.m. for Tea Love: Why Should I Drink Tea?
Learn more about why you should drink tea, including potential weight loss, skin benefits, and even possible diabetes control. Felegi will take you through the process of how to make a proper cup of tea and will share with you the latest medical developments regarding each type of tea. Make sure you bring your favorite tea mug for some free samples at the end of the talk!
